§ 9.15.01. Traffic.

(A)

This section pertains to all vehicles, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, mini-bikes, snowmobiles, dune buggies, all-terrain vehicles, trailers, campers, bicycles or any other equipment.

(B)

The operation and/or parking of a motor vehicle off authorized roadways is prohibited except for authorized maintenance and emergency vehicles, or at locations and times designated by the service-safety director. If any other agency other than the city requires access to city land off designated roadways, then they shall provide 24 hours advance notice to the city, except in the case of a legitimate emergency. Taking any vehicle through, around or beyond a restrictive sign, recognizable barricade, fence or traffic control barrier is prohibited.

(C)

The operation of any nonmotorized vehicle on or off any trail is prohibited in any city park of city nature preserve except where the trail or other area is expressly designated for such usage by authorized signage, and except for designated roadways and bike paths or multi-use paths.
