§ 9.15.02. Definition.

[The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:]

"Use of any form of tobacco" means all uses of tobacco, including inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, other lighted smoking device or papers for burning tobacco, or any other plant; chewing tobacco, snuff, or any other matter or substances that contain tobacco.
