§ 5.04.09. Cost of sewer connection.

(A)

The fee for installation of new sanitary sewer taps/connections by the City of Athens is established by separate ordinance.

(B)

The fee for new development storm water taps/connections is established by separate ordinance.

(C)

Replacement or reconstruction credit will not be allowed for prior payment of tap fees.

(D)

Multifamily dwellings shall be charged a separate sewer tap fee for each dwelling unit. Unless restricted to one, both the water and sewer permits shall be purchased simultaneously.
