§ 41.02. Restrictions.

(A)

No permit for the construction of a new building shall be given except in conformity with a site plan approved in accordance with this chapter.

(B)

No permit for the expansion, exterior alteration, or change of use of any existing building shall be permitted, except in conformity with a site plan approved in accordance with this chapter.
