(A)

Develop a system of benchmarks and ongoing performance measurement for the City of Athens Comprehensive Plan.

(B)

Coordinate citizen involvement in review of progress toward benchmarks and implementation of the City of Athens Comprehensive Plan.

(C)

Report, at least, annually to the Planning Commission, City Council, and the citizens of Athens on progress toward goals and objectives in the City of Athens Comprehensive Plan.
