§ 3.07.52. Meetings.

The commission shall hold regular meetings to attend to duties and to receive artists' proposals. At least one meeting each year should be an announced public meeting. A quorum shall consist of five members, with a majority vote of the full voting membership necessary to take any official action. The commission shall appoint its own chairperson from among its voting members and shall maintain a record of its proceedings. A member who misses three consecutive meetings, without excuse, shall automatically cease to be a member and his/her seat shall become vacant.
