§ 7.05.27. Designation of city motorcycle parking areas.

(A)

That the designated city motorcycle parking areas be located in areas designated by the service-safety director.

(B)

That the motorcycle parking areas specified herein shall be restricted to "sticker only" parking and shall be posted as such.

(C)

That the motorcycle parking stickers shall be made available for purchase from the city at a cost of $20.00 per year for one motorcycle, and $30.00 per year for two motorcycles owned by one individual or their spouse. Stickers for any number of motorcycles owned by one individual or spouse other than the two herein provided for, shall cost $20.00 a piece. Valid certificate of title for each motorcycle owned by the one individual or spouse must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discounted rate of $30.00. Stickers may be transferred from one motorcycle to a newly purchased motorcycle with the permission of the service-safety director and upon completion of an application for said transfer. The motorcycle parking stickers shall be valid for one year from the date of issue.

(D)

That the motorcycle parking stickers authorized herein shall be displayed in an easily visible location on the rear of the motorcycle.
