§ 7.05.23. Tokens, slugs or fraudulent cards.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to insert or attempt to insert any token, slug, fraudulent cards or other substitute for a lawful tender of the United States of America, in a parking meter.

Violators will be charged with unauthorized use of property in violation of Athens City Code Section 13.03.19, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
