§ 7.05.18. Construction of meters and signs for pay parking.

(A)

Each parking meter shall be constructed so that upon the insertion of a required coin or a debit/credit card payment will be made for the appropriate time limit. Upon meter payment, a specified time or period for lawful parking will be displayed by an indicator in or on its display screen. Upon expiration of such period, unless or until further coins or debit/credit cards are inserted, notice of a parking violation will be displayed on the display screen of such meter. Each meter shall indicate by proper legend the legal parking time limits and the meter rates.

(B)

Each sign posted pursuant to ACC. 7.05.17(B) shall designate the acceptable payment methods and time frames for pay parking.
