§ 7.03.51. Reckless operation or riding of skateboards or roller skates/in-line skates; speed.

No person shall ride or operate a skateboard or roller skates/in-line skates without due regard for the safety and rights of pedestrians and so as to create a risk of physical harm to persons or property of any other person lawfully using the streets, sidewalks or other public areas.

No person shall ride or operate a skateboard or roller skates/in-line skates at a speed greater than that which is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing.
