§ 7.03.24. Driving while license is suspended.

(A)

No person, whose operator's or chauffeur's license has been suspended or revoked, under Sections 4507.01 to 4507.39, inclusive, of the Ohio Revised Code, shall drive any motor vehicle within this city while such license is suspended or revoked.

(B)

Any nonresident or other person, whose operator's or chauffeur's license, or right or privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state, has been suspended or revoked, shall not operate a motor vehicle in this city under a license, permit, or registration certificate issued by any other jurisdiction, or otherwise operate a motor vehicle in this city during a period of suspension, or within one year after date of such revocation.
