In the event that the licensed hauler shall breach any of the material provisions of this ordinance and shall fail to remedy the same within a reasonable time after written notice from the appropriate city official to do so, or in the event of repeated breaches of minor matters, such as debris falling form trucks, missing customers or similar daily activities, leading to repeated complaints by the city, the city shall have the right to revoke the hauler's license.
