§ 49.08.02. Construction schedule.

(A)

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter or in the city rules and regulations, or unless the office of the service-safety director and his/her designee waives any of the requirements of this section due to unique, emergency, or unusual circumstances, a permittee shall be required to submit a written construction schedule to the city at least five business days before commencing any work in or about the rights-of-way, and shall further notify the city not less than one business day in advance of any excavation in the rights-of-way.
