After an application for site plan review has been found to be complete, the service-safety director shall cause a sign to be placed on the subject property indicating the pending consideration of a site plan. Such a sign shall be of such size, format and content, as specified by the service-safety director, and shall be visible on the subject property for the duration of consideration of the proposed development.
