§ 3.03.07. Deputy auditor.

(A)

There is established one position of deputy auditor. The deputy auditor shall assist the auditor in the performance of his duties.

(B)

There is established the position of income tax administrator. The income tax administrator shall be appointed by the auditor and shall work under the direction of the auditor.

(C)

Compensation for these positions shall be that sum as set by council.
