§ 33.01.06. Utility companies.

Utility and construction companies must protect street trees from damage while performing any work near city trees and are held responsible for replacement if existing trees die resulting from performance of their construction or repairs. Determination of damages should be made by a qualified arborist whose services are paid by the city.
