§ 31.03.01. Latest edition of the Americans with Disabilities Act adopted.

Latest version.

The City of Athens hereby adopts, by reference, the 1990 edition of the Americans with Disabilities Act, or its latest edition, for those with disabilities as defined by the ADA for all new and substantially renovated projects within the jurisdiction of the City of Athens, copies of which are on file in the Office of Code Enforcement of the City of Athens, Ohio.
