§ 31.02.01. Residential Code of Ohio adopted.

The City of Athens hereby adopts, by reference, the 2004 Residential Code of Ohio for one-, two- and three-family dwellings, or its latest edition, for the fabrication, erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, location and use of detached one-, two- and three-family dwellings, their appurtenances and accessory structures in the jurisdiction of the City of Athens, copies of which are on file in the Office of Code Enforcement of the City of Athens, Ohio.

Exception to the 2004 RCO, Chapter 1, Administration not used.
