Special Franchise Rates
Commercial rates shall not exceed the rates approved by city council in Schedule "A," a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All residential rates, including those in the franchise area, will be charged at the rates listed above, or per Schedule "A," whichever rate is higher.
