§ 11.10.01. Application.

Latest version.

An application for contractor registration is required for any contractor listed in [Section] 11.10.08 of the Athens City Code performing work within the Athens City Limits. Registration is to be made prior to June 1 of each calendar year. Contractors registering after June 1 will still be required to re-register prior to June 1 of the following year. Applications shall be made at the Athens Office of Code Enforcement and Community Development.

The following are not required to be registered:
(1)

Persons under the age of 18 years; and

(2)

Maintenance personnel employed by a property manager.
