§ 11.08.19. Exclusions.

All taxicab regulations apply to taxicabs operating in the city with license pursuant to [Section] 11.08.02, however; the taxicab regulations do not apply to companies making one-way transports of persons from or to the City of Athens to or from points outside Athens.
