§ 11.07.05. License fee.

(A)

Every person desiring a solicitor's or peddler's license shall pay to the city a license fee established by separate ordinance.

(B)

Any individual having a valid solicitor's or peddler's license and who actually peddles or solicits himself, may have licenses issued to his employees in accordance with Paragraph (C) of this section.

(C)

Employees of any licensed solicitor or peddler shall pay to the city a license fee, established by separate ordinance.
